The professionalism and responsiveness from this company was great. Storm was the technician that came out and fixed it in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the work. If I ever have any other issues which I hope I won’t I will joy hesitate to use them again.

We had a line clog the day before we were moving. I called Mr. Rooter at 11am that morning and told them that it was an urgent situation, and asked whether they could get to it ASAP. They assured me that a plumber would arrive between 11am and 3pm that day. Several times during that period, someone from the company called me to assure me that a plumber was on their way. In fact, a plumber did not show up until 4pm. By then, it was too late for me to call anyone else. The person (Kyle?) did an initial assessment and at around 4:30pm, he quoted me $728 to remove my toilet and snake the line. I am a general contractor and could have and would have done this myself... it would have taken me an hour (which is how long it took the technician). I told him this was an unreasonable price, and I felt exploited, but given that I was moving the next day and was in the process of packing the moving truck, I felt that I had no other choice. Yes, I could have postponed our move. Yes, I could have done the work myself. But no matter how you slice it, $728 to remove a toilet and snake a line is ridiculous. Compounded with the fact that they were late and left me no other options, I feel exploited by Mr. Rooter.nnFurther, the technician left a mess. We had just finished cleaning the bathroom, ready for our move, but the technician left the bathroom with all kinds of specks and splats of sewage and toilet filth. It was disgusting. I asked him for some wet wipes to clean up and he stood there and WATCHED ME clean up after HIS mess for 5-10 minutes, never offering to help. Right after I cleaned up his mess, he then handed me the bill for $728. I was furious.nnA decent and fair plumber would have done this job in an hour, charged maybe $300, and left the bathroom clean. I suggest looking elsewhere beyond Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs.

After a horrible experience with another company, the guys at Mr Rooter of Pitt Co came to our rescue! They were able to fix a stoppage that another company wasn’t able to fix - a build up in 30 year old plumbing. The guys were super friendly, professional, and took their time. We’ve had no problems since. We will never use another plumbing company! Also wanted to give kudos to the friendly staff at the office.

They replaced the outside faucet. Job well done, price I thought was astronomical. I would recommend Mr. Rooter, but must have plenty money. If the price had been reasonable I would have given 5 stars. Will use them again if needed.

100% recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I called this morning about needing my garbage disposal looked at and they scheduled me for the following day, about an hour later they called and had an opening for today. Within 30 minutes Austin was at our house and replaced our garbage disposal. He was professional, quick, attentive to details and asked if there was anything else he could do prior to leaving. He did a great job and will definitely be using them in the future for ALL our plumbing needs
