Someone said they the best prices in the area. Yeah it's because they hold it two weeks, don't do anything, and return it. I took in a leather jacket that had pizza sauce on it. They literally returned it, after we paid $35 and waited two weeks, with the sauce still on the coat. They told us that they could not refund the money so we could go somewhere else because they'd already put it through the service. Really? Because it looks just like it did when it left. Including pizza sauce chunks on the coat. Look for the photos. Crooked crooked people.

I took my leather jacket there for cleaning. It was soft, supple, and had a shine to it. I was made to pay close to $40 up front as is their policy. I humbly obliged. When I picked up my leather jacket, I was shocked to discover that it was dull and stiff. One of the pockets is ripped and looks as if something was stuffed in each of the side pockets...I guess for drying purposes. I went in and filed a complaint. I left my number to speak with the manager. That has been about 3 weeks ago and still no contact from the manager concerning my jacket.nnAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I have learned my lesson yet again.....cheap isn’t always the best to go.

I pulled one of my custom tailored dress shirts out of the plastic dry cleaner wrapper in my closet and was shocked to see ink stains all over my expensive shirt. This must have happened at the cleaners when they washed my clothes with someone else’s. I was irate. I took my shirt back to the cleaners and they spent a few days working on it. End result: good as new. If it weren’t for the ink stains in the first place I would give 5 stars. I’ve been using this cleaner for years and had much better experiences with them than other cleaners in town that cost more. Good, quick service and a good price. Thanks for fixing a problem and taking great care of a customer. Excellent customer service.
