New Bern store has worst service ever. Because of they're great prices, I have been able to put up with the frequent buttons they break on my pants (for which they're not responsible of course) and the shirts that I have to re-iron because they don't finish the yokes right. Saturday I picked up my latest load to find that they RUINED an expensive pair of Ariat dress pants! Took them out of the plastic and the tan pants are COVERED in some sort of pink dye. Prices may be unbeatable, but not when I spend time and money on pants buttons and now a destroyed pair of dress pants I wore once.
We always take our clothes there good servive and answer any questions
Still good work on cleaning my clothes
