Taco Bell

I’ve been in love with Taco Bell for 23 years, but tonight we broke up. I ordered almost $30 worth of food through the Taco Bell app, only for my card to be charged but the restaurant said they didn’t receive the order. I waited and eventually the order went through, but it charged me TWICE. I pull up to the drive thru and the lady said that they are out of basically everything, so I drive off in frustration. I will never eat at Taco Bell again. This papa has moved on.

So apparently upon entering I'm told I have to use a kiosk which I did and placed my order. I then waited a few minutes before staff yells at me from the back that they didn't receive any order. So I guess I'm supposed to go back to the kiosk and reorder again but instead I chose to leave. Good luck with this type of service I for one will never be back.

If you want fake, fast Tex-Mex food this is the place for you. If you want some of the best authentic Mexican food go across the street to El Norteno Mexican restaurant.

Specifically ordered 2 vegetarian burritos. Got 2 meat filled atrocities. And I didn’t realize it until I was already at work, so I couldn’t go back to the restaurant. Tried to call multiple times but it seems like the phone is off the hook. Please read the orders you’re filling! If I hadn’t caught it in time, I would have gotten extremely ill. Emailed customer service. Never had this problem but now that I have I probably won’t be back.
