Troutman NC has great staff with excellent service! While placing our late night order, the cashier was great about letting us know that there would be a 6 minute wait while they cooked my fish fillet. I was thankful they let us know upfront. They brought our meal out promptly to the car where we waited. The food was great and order was exact. Can't ask for better service! Thank you!

The best Bojangles I ever been in. They have a great staff and funny too. I ordered biscuit n gravy. They did not spare any gravy. A lot of it and my biscuit was hot! Not hard or over cooked. Hats off to the manager and staff... Keep up the good work and thank you for your service

Fries obviously sat in bag waiting for steak biscuit to cook. 2 undercooked biscuits. Employee on drive through mic soft spoken -hard to understand. Need someone with enthusiasm or more training. Will give them another shot.

Best chicken biscuit I have ever had! Fries and Bo-berry biscuits were awesome too! Food was hot and fresh; service was friendly and fast.
