Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

I would leave less stars if I could. Roto Rooter came to my house and said the tool was $150 an hour. The guy spent several hours and then said I needed another tool that was $450 an hour but he thought he’d get the job done in an hour. I called to set up the appointment after a few weeks of me saving up the money and was told I’d get a call back. A couple of days later I called again and was told the managers weren’t in but they’d be in on Monday, (unsure as to why I needed a manager to make an appointment). On the following Wednesday I still hadn’t heard from anyone and I called and said if no one is planning on calling me back please just let me know so I can get someone else out here. I was put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. It’s now been almost another week and no one ever called me back. I called another plumber that came out and fixed my drain for $150. I feel like I was stolen from. I feel betrayed. I feel ripped off. Poor business and poor customer service. I don’t have a lot of money and I work hard and just feel like my money was taken without the problem being fixed and then told I needed to spend more money. I fell for it, but then ignoring me was the best thing that could have happened because it ended up costing me way less. Don’t waste your money. Find someone else is my advise.nEdit—after receiving a response I emailed the person requesting I reach out. I never received a response. Shortly after I received a phone call to schedule the $450 an hour job and I declined to schedule and said I’d already taken care of it and l never heard back from anyone else.

Shawn arrived and was very kind and patient. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He appreciated my input and was very friendly to my pet dog as well! He was fair and up front about pricing, and his appearance and equipment were very clean and professional. Would absolutely use them again!

He was on time, very kind and considerate about my situation and very thorough in checking things out and going over each option with no pressure but steered me in best direction to go that would best benefit the issues. !
