I called another rooter in town to unclog a drain and after they gave me an extremely high quote, I decided to get a second opinion with Mr. Rooter. They were knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I was able to have my issue handled promptly at a fair price. Would highly recommend.
We have been having problems with our system backing up intermittently. Jeremy came out and scoped the line with a camera. By the time he left, I was completely educated on our system. He not only showed me the problem on the camera's screen, he explained all of the different repair options as well as the pros and cons of each.nnBefore having Mr. Rooter come out, I had consulted with 3 other plumbing agencies - both the big guys and the mom and pops. Jeremy and Mr. Rooter were by far the best option. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
I've used Mr. Rooter several times over the years. Most recently for an issue related to a tub... Consistently, they've always been on time, professional, and very efficient and quick on the repair jobs. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We love their service.
