We had a water tank that leaked into our dining room wall and floor a few months ago. This company was fast to respond, very professional and explained the entire process.nI would definitely use them again for any services.
I had terrible water damage from pipes leaking under the house. I am single and had never made a claim. Serv Pro Justin Sellers and Jane were awesome!! They went out of their way to explain every procedure. Lynn in the office was great about notifing me when the team would be there. Three days before my daughter's wedding, a storm blew shingles off my roof and water came down through 2 floors including the downstairs ceiling where a huge fan was hanging by a thread. Floors were ruined upstairs and downstairs. I was beside myself. Servpro came in within hours and began drying everything and estimating costs for my insurance company. They were super professional and needed no supervision so I was able to go about completing wedding plans. Within 2 weeks the entire thing was cleaned, dried, repaired. It truly was like it never even happened except I got new floors!
The staff was very professional and efficient. They were always on time and very customer oriented. I would recommend the company highly.
This business is not trustworthy and takes advantage of people in emergency situations. They charged me $500 that I did not authorize to perform work that I did not authorize. I have asked that the $500 retainer be credited back to my account and they refuse. I asked for an estimate before any work was done. This is a crooked franchise and avoid them at all costs. They could easily make their mistake right but they do not care about their customers, only their profits.
