I’ve been a few times and the past couple times she did seem a little annoyed but people have bad days. The last time I went I did feel like my brows were a little too thin so I let them grow for a while and will just specify next time. I would love if this location was open more and scheduled appointments to cut wait time. I like the one in Asheville better but the Arden location is so much more convenient.
Absolutely ZERO customer service!!nShe was busy yapping away to glory on her phone and didn’t even bother to greet or ask me what I wanted. She just pointed me to the chair and was getting ready to start, I moved aside and told her my specifications, to which she rolled her eyes!! She kept talking throughout my session in Gujarati and I’m sure she was talking something about me. I mean, come on lady you are running a freaking business, being a little customer friendly wouldn’t hurt you! Despite of all this, she has the audacity to yell “rude” when I was walking out just because I didn’t say thanks, I guess... a taste of your own medicine woman!nnCherry on top - she wasn’t following covid protocols!! Her mask had a tear.. seriously??nnI wouldn’t go back here... she just lost a potential customer!! I would recommend “threading place” in Asheville.
Poor customer service. The lady was so rude and did not even to greet me and remained on the phone. I could tell she was annoyed when I asked her a question because I interrupted her conversation. And she messed up on my eyebrows!! :( will not be coming in again. Will be sharing my negative experience in my community.
These ladies are the best! I’ve been going to their Asheville location for many years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The line can get long some days (probably way less long at this location at this point!) but it’s totally worth it. They are so speedy that it moves super fast anyways. It doesn’t matter though because I would literally wait hours to see them. They’re THAT good.
I had a good visit at Charming Eyes. She did a lovely job threading mt brows and then she added tinting to them. I was pleased with the business. A nice atmosphere. I recommend Charming Eyes.
