This plumber was hired to do a pretty extensive job. When left unsupervised in the basement/crawlspace of my house, they stole something from me. They were the only ones with access to that area besides myself. A police report was filed. I would NOT trust this person in your house!
Jason was exactly at the time he promise, friendly and super fast to diagnose the problem and fix it... less that 20 minutes he found the problem and replace all the parts even on his own expenses because my insurance was going to making wait for the approval of the parts. Jason said “I’m not going to let your family one day more without hot water in this cold weather when I have the parts with me” and he fix it.nHe don’t know how much appreciate I am for that because I have special needs daughter to take care of and hot water for her is a need for her health... and Jason do not know about this..nnI recommend him for any work you have .. fast, affordable and quality...
Jason recognized this as emergency although warranty company schedualed him for thurs and this was tues already hadnt had any water. He came at 6pm and stayed till 8 to make sure we had water. Thumbs up to jason and helpe . You are the best

A very eloquent explanation of NC laws and your right but if I was in this particular line of work and replaced things on toilet bowl and said ok were done here and leave while promising to call back and do all these other things while toilet wasn't fixed??Guess it's all what kind of person you are more than what company or warranty company your branded to.The public deserves service that favors the people and responsible businessmen to act on their word.But k guess NC laws don't cover moral ambiguity also.
