He fixed the a source pipe leak underneath the bathroom at a rental property. But, then the tenants said afterwards when using the bathroom faucet only a little water came out. Eric came back out the next day. Apparently there was some rust that had broken off and clogged the faucet. He tried to repair it but could't find parts. He replaced it with one off his truck and didn't charge me for it! A dream plumber!
