I haven't hired a plumber before, but usually try to do things myself. So when I called Robert, I wasn't sure what to expect my plumbing repair to cost. He gave me a quote over the phone at a reasonable rate, so I scheduled a time for him to come out within a couple of days. After meeting with him, he explained that the original plan wouldn't work because of my small crawlspace. So he changed the plan and gave me a rate less than half of the original. Very honest, quick working, knowledgeable guy who arrives when he says he will. This is our new go-to plumber.
We called Robert to change our bathroom faucet. He did a great job and was affordable. Then the following week our well had a leak. I called and within the hour he was there and had it fixed. He loves what he does and takes pride in it. Very professional, courteous, and does excellent work.
Mr. Walker was very prompt and courteous. He arrived at my home when he said he would be there. Mr. Walker came in an observed the situation. He explained to me the problem I was having and detailed the cost out to me. We agreed and he began his job. He was very efficient and tidy. I will definitely continue to use Walker Plumbing.
