Lost hot water Sunday night. Called Monday morning and Cal was there an hour later. He replaced the heating elements and thermostats in just another hour. Excellent customer service and the bill was very fair. Will use Shelby Plumbing Co. again! I highly recommend these guys! Thanks!

Can't speak to the service; however, reliability and honesty is questionable. I called yesterday and asked if someone could come out to give me an estimate. I was told today between 12:30 pm and 2 pm.nnToday, nothing. I get a phone call at 5:00 pm on the dot saying he was 45 minutes away and that there was a $65 service fee.nnNow, I don't have an issue with someone showing up after 5 and charging a service fee. I would have agreed to that price and time if notified before hand. I have an issue with hiding a service fee until the last minute and showing up hours late without notice.nnI chose three-stars as I know the damage a ultra-negative review can do; however, the dishonesty shown my this business, in my view, is vital when considering someone who will be entering your home.

Unreal service! Calvin and his crew got a call from us around 2:30 in the afternoon and brought a new hot water heater and had it installed and operational by 5! Good work, fast service and a team that means business.n100% recommendnnCall these guys if you need something quick and done right!

They were great they were.out with in an hour after my calling them. They found the problem. Diagnosed my issue and dug up the meter box and repaired the busted line on my side of the meter also changed out the pressure reducer since it was 30 plus years old and it was already dug up. Can't say enough good about thier service . I will call.them with any future plumbing needs.
