Have no problems with staff or procedures. But the stock in the store has depleted with no resupply. Seems pet supplies are plentiful but low on tractor and hardware stock.

I shop here often and also place online orders. In house, this store can't be beat, in my opinion. Online isn't always as smooth but that isn't what is important. The important thing is how it's handled if, (and not often does it happen), an incorrect item is pulled. Jess and her team are ALWAYS prepared to correct it an ALWAYS with good attitudes. Most know me yes, but even the employees that don't are ALWAYS kind and respectful. Yes, I think Gray's Creek got a good thing when Tractor Supply came and Jess' experience is icing on the cake.

Ok so, this is my family's go to for ALL of our animals needs.nThe pricers for feeds and bedding are great, their are many varieties for different needs.nThe staff are PHENOMENAL!!!! I have always been helped when asked for advanced ce, ,items were always located and ordered for me if they didn't have it done n stock.... knowing I could have done it myself, they're just so eager to help.nI have 2 children, one of which LOVES the employees at the store, it never fails that they scoop jet up and show her things in the store she asks about. Most stores don't give little kids that much attention in such a busy environment.nThe management definitely deserves a pay raise or something, they're always on shift and seem to appreciate their employees.nOur family will forever return to this store. We have been to other TSC stores and NONE equal this store.nThanks a bunch to the employees.....ooo and also, I have a bad back and they always offer to help me out on days Iam unable to leave ad my car and truck. Outstanding!!

Always great selection on hard to find country life items

This has become the place to run into friends, whether you know them or not. They are my mini Lowe's plus a whole lot more. They have non-hardware items like country decor, my favorite shirts, animal food, horses to hamsters, and yes, baby chicks ud83dudc24 in the spring. They call me by name when I enter the store and most know what I might be coming to get. Not gonna find all that in a large hardware store. Some prices might be slightly higher but what I get in exchange, makes up for it. Did I mention, it's right here in my little community.
