Sagebrush Steakhouse

I used to visit Sagebrush Shelby quite frequently, since June 2019 its slowly declined in quality. I went with my family mid November and it was a horrible experience... I decided to give them a second chance yesterday Jan 7 2020. I'm glad I did, they have did a complete 180. The steaks were perfectly cooked, fried okra and fries perfectly crispy. Even the sweet tea was right.nJasmine was our waitress, she was fast, friendly and accurate. I will definitely be returning.nIf you had a bad experience i say give them another chance.

Soft and buttery complimentary rolls. Our entrees- sesame chicken and 7 oz steak was really delicious. My child got the steak bites and they were really tender. Service- her name is Bre she was attentive and sweet. Nice decor and clean. Overall a wonderful meal!!

After a long drive, we were looking for a good dinner. Stopped into Sagebrush near our hotel. Hidden behind hotels, it was a quiet gem. Not fancy but food was good and staff very pleasant.

Food wasn't all that good. One meal was steak it smelled rotten and tasted off also. The kids chicken tenders were good. The all you can eat ribs were good also. The rice pilaf tasted like an ashtray. The service was good. Waitress stayed on top of things. Won't be going back.

My husband and I went to Sagebrush in Shelby to have dinner last night, New Years Eve, December 31, 2019. We went in was seated, menu brought, waiter took our drink order, water with lemon, he brought one glass of water, had to ask for the other. He took our order and finally brought water. While waiting, he never offer the Sagebrush rolls, had to asknWe waited an hour and never recieved our food, during that hour there was five other family that hot up and left because of service. After asking about out food and an hour wait we told the waiter we were leaving also. Will not be returning to this restaurantnPoor service and super poor management.
