3rd Rock Plumbing was provided outstanding service. We were without hot water for over a week and the plumber we had been using was not responsive to calls for help. We were referred to 3rd Rock and are pleased with the results. We set up an appointment to evaluate the problem and they returned and fixed it in one day. Highly recommend them as professional and responsive.
3rd Rock Plumbing is wonderful. They fixed my toilet. I am so grateful they were able to adjust their schedule and come today. Otherwise, it would have been weeks before I was able to be home again for them to come by.. So very happy!
Since moving to Hickory we have only used 3rd Rock. That ended this Sunday morning. Been calling for emergency repair on sewage line since Saturday afternoon. We cannot run any water without it backing up. Being a regular customer makes no difference with these people. They say they have emergency 24 hour service. We assumed not being able to run any water would fall into their emergency category. Very disappointed in these people. Not professional nor dependable.
I have used 3rd Rock plumbing now for a couple of years. They have done just about everything from fixing my sewage pump to moving pipes for a bathroom remodel. Each time they have done a great job. Each worker has been nice, thorough and knowledgable. I highly recommend 3rd Rock for any plumbing situation
I really had a great experience with this company! Ricky, Ailon and Mike were very pleasant and respectful! They work efficiently and got the job done! I will be recommending them to friends. It is comforting to know this company will be able to be there to help me get this old plumbing fixed up. As a women, I especially appreciate that no one with this company has “talked down” to me or acted like I don’t know what I am talking about! Thank you!
