Definitely call 3rd Rock Plumbing!nnI bought a newly-renovated 60s-era duplex, that previously sat empty for 10+ years, as a rental investment. Unbeknownst to anyone, a tree in the front yard had fallen years ago and destroyed the sewer pipe from the house to the road.nn3rd Rock's crew came to the rescue! Mike responded to an emergency weekend call to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. Then, David and Dakota spent several days in the rain digging and working with the city utilities crew to locate the city sewer connection and install a new sewer pipe across the yard.nnLater, and in two separate phases, David, Jay, Robert and crew replaced all of the cast iron sewer pipe under the house when it became a problem. Yay! No more cast iron!nnI have also had Mike out to work on the tubs and sinks at my actual home. He did a great job!nnThanks to David, Dakota, Mike, Jay, Robert, Dacia, Gabriel, and the rest of the crew for all the hard work, phone calls, texts and emails to make me a happy customer!

I am extremely pleased with their service. The lead technician was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. When he realized that he couldn't fix the problem by himself, he returned the next day with two other colleagues and together they fixed the problem. I am most pleased by the fact that they charged me $400 less than the estimate I had received from another plumbing service.

I can honestly say if you need a plumbing service once you call 3rd Rock Plumbing they reply very quickly I bought an older home I need some plumbing repairs these guys were on time they were amazing the price actually come in that lower than the quote if you want dependability Professional Service Great customer service I would highly suggest 3rd Rock Plumbing, as I continue to update this house I bought I will need them again in the future.

I bought an older house, and have had several plumbing issues within the last year. These guys were recommended to me by the previous owner, and they are without a doubt the best plumbing service I've found. Reliable, reasonably-priced, friendly - can't recommend them highly enough.

3rd Rock is a great place to do business with they came on time did a great job and a great price I couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend them to anybody I come in contact with who has any kind of plumbing problems they are a great business. It's great to know that there are still good people who has pride in their work and not trying to rip you off 3rd Rock is one of those places who has great pride and I'm proud to know I can depend on them when I need help Robert Davis satisfied customer.
