The young woman didn’t line me up properly and their car wash scratched three of my rims. I just got my car last month. Very disappointed. Just wanted a car wash to get rid of the pollen. Not new unwanted scratches in my rims. Will never return.
After months of being frustrated and ready to stop using this car wash, finally The young lady Taylor done something the manager Mr Pigg and the assistant manager could not do... she fixed my account, where the entry reads the license plate it kept saying mine was deactivated... the manager was actually very rude saying that we must have had insufficient funds... so I had to continually bring a copy of the payment being taken out of my account... in just a few minutes Taylor was able to fix it... and now I don’t have to be so stressed just washing my truck... so if you have issues go straight to her she is wonderfully nice and considerate... other employees also tried to help... the assistant manager at least tried to help... but the manager could not have been more rude and inconsiderate so my advice deal with anyone but him! Thank you Taylor for fixing my account after months! I seriously appreciate that you took the time to look at the account and fix it!
This is my second time going and yet again my car was not clean. I payed for the most expensive wash and had streaks and spots still on my car. It also left several microscratches in my paint. Don't waste your money.
I love this place, everyone I know goes here and for a good car wash and then they provide vacuuming free with a cleaner for your mats.
