Juan and shadette of havelock knows what to do with this head
Miss Michaela was my hairstylist, and was absolutely wonderful! Professional, yet approachable and kind hearted. You can learn alot from her. I love the family unit they have and the atmosphere is very inviting. Thankful for the staff, and I am grateful I won't have to search for a hairdresser for a long time!
They are very good, providing excellent customer service & quality hair care services. I drive 45 minutes just for them to take care of me because they do really good always.
Juan has done my hair twice the first time he did good with the highlights but he chopped my hair off I was upset, but hair grows back so it wasn’t that serious. Yesterday I went back after about 4 months and got my highlights touched up he uses different volumes on the top and bottom in the end that leads to two different blonde tones and then I asked him to trim up my layers as my appointment was for highlights and cut he proceeded to tell me no he wasn’t cutting my hair today because I didn’t need it needless to say I won’t be going back it’s pretty much impossible to find a decent stylist in this area when they are telling you what you are getting done when you are the one paying there is definitely a problem.
