Bojangles

Employee Chad was very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Stood behind our car until we pulled off. Yelled at me and my friend through window because he thought we poured something out the door. Then ran outside, beside the car and stood behind the car the whole entire until we pulled off. The food was great but Chad service has me skeptical of going back. Not professional and had NO regards for ANYONE but himself!

This is the best Bojangles in the area. Food is always correct and the quality is always 100%. You can get what you want without having to hear that the item(s) are out. The people who work here are always friendly and kind too. Apparently there is good management. Love this Bojangles and I appreciate the consistent service at any time of day or night.

This is one of the worst Bojangles around this area. They are always leaving something off my order. This last visit I had will be the last time I go to this location. My chicken sandwich was cold, the fries were not seasoned at all, they gave me the wrong drink (however they did fix it) but the tea I received in place of the drink they gave me was horrible. I would have rather had the first drink. The girl at the speaker was very rude when I placed my order, making it sound like I was an inconvenience to whatever she was doing. I hope they get some new staff, or if she is having a bad day she shouldn't be bringing it to work.

The only reason why I'm giving it a 2 is because of the guy at the window. I went tonight to get dinner and he was the only one who sounded even a little bit respectful. When I pulled up to order the girl doing drive thru was rude. Like she could care less about talking through to me. Had to wait 5 minutes on fries but it didn't matter because I sat a little longer in line since they didnt moveanyone up or anything while waiting. Once I got everything. Which I only got 2 4 tender supreme combos and one extra fry. They forgot the fry. Then I tried calling to get it and they wouldn't pick up the phone. Went back in line pulled up to the speaker the girl didnt say anything for probably a minute and once I finally said whatever and pulled forward she said something. They mess up my order 2/3 of the time. I only go here because it's the closest one and I am going to stop going.

This Bojangles always serves hot, fresh food. The seasoned fries are great and the cajun fillet biscuit is fantastic! The employees are always friendly and courteous.
