This is Best place I have eaten at in awhile I had a small wait but it was so worth it fresh vegetables & fine meats made into the perfect sandwich The pickles & chips were delicious too Justin & Kylie waited on me and there customer service was outstanding I will return and brag to family & friends

Food is good! But service is SSLLOOWW!!! I called an order in for 12:30. When I arrived I had to wait approximately 15 minutes. Then got the WRONG drink. Tried to call back to speak with a manager but couldn’t get through!!!

Have always loved the food, service sucks - so slow no matter what

For the past couple of visits I have heard screaming in the back of the restaurant. My most recent visit was with my grandmother, we came through the drive thru and heard yelling from what seemed to be the back. We asked the cashier, she informed us that her managers were currently upset. We heard dishes slam, a woman cussing out a man, and what was worse was that the cashier said this had happened often— as I mentioned before I thought I heard people yelling before.nnI am quite concerned for the safety of these employees as I used to be a manager of a local restaurant and know how easily managers can begin to lose focus. To this extent? I am curious about who is in charge and how I can contact the corporate office as local options seem to lack. Perhaps the Department of Labor?nnThis is a real shame as I love Grochos, unfortunately, and I guess I will only go to the statesvile location when I am out that way. What a real inconvenience. I advise the cashier to seek out other employment and to find the help to get out of that mess.

It was terrible! The first time I’ve been there, the sub was 9$ but I did get the pasta salad which I also regretted. It was a terrible lunch, and I overpaid. I do not recommend.
