Gentleman attendant and his wife who washed the mats were very friendly and helpful will come back again and again just for the great customer service
In September 2020 I bought a one-time monthly subscription because I had heard good things about this car wash & wanted to give them a try. They are of easy access while driving to work after taking my kids to school at 8. It’s true, they do give a thorough wash before you even enter fully, however, on many occasions the smell of the water is downright putrid and fills your car as you pass thru. I wanted to use the rest of the month I had paid for, but did not plan to return after as many mornings they were not open when I passed by so I missed out those days. October comes and my card was charged twice that month. I attempt to call and rectify the situation, thinking it was a simple mistake. There is absolutely no hope of getting someone on the phone, but when I reached out on facebook I was told to come to the car wash and Al would fix my problem. Upon arriving at the car wash my sticker was removed from my car and thrown away. I was never refunded for October and was charged again twice in December. $26 each charge is too much to not receive anything in return. I have reached out multiple times via Facebook or phone, as screenshots will show, and still have yet to receive an answer to this problem 4 months later.
Anytime I get my car washed here it's soap on my car when I get home EVERYTIME. NEVER GOING BACK. AUTOBELL ONLY FROM NOW ON.
