My mother has not gotten a paper for the past few days. Tried to contact over the weekend but of course no one was there. After a long wait I finally got a rep on the phone on Monday. I could barely understand the rep and got the feeling i was wadting his time. He was very rude and I concluded the call with no confidence the issue will be resolved. Most likely will cancel service as the only thing my mother reads is the obituaries anyway.
