Overall they provide quality counseling and my therapist is awesome. Before the pandemic they had long wait times but I don't know now. To call them for an appointment is very difficult. Make sure you have someones extension or you'll be on hold forever. They do not prescribe any narcotics but if you are in need of help give them a shot!

Very nice therapist, named Kim. She spent extra time, really felt like she cared about me and my problems.
They had a potential customer wait two hours on the phone to speak to somebody!
I am out of methadone as of tomorrow 7/16/ 20. I am currently on 20 mg 3 times per day but that leaves me nothing to take at night so I can't sleep. I requested a dismissal from my current pain doctor and I switched to another who said they prescribed methadone but after getting all my paperwork sent to them I paid for a visit. The would give me any opiod in the book except for the only one that works for me and that is methadone. So now I am screwed and I will be forced to go to a methadone clinic for the first time in my life! I know nothing about them at all! I live in shelby and would love to find a clinic in town...if there are none here I just need to find a place to go! If anyone can help steer me to a good clinic I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
