When my nephews heater cord caught on fire lucky he was home they wouldn't replace it or give a refund, he was a avid customer there, an this tells me alot about them

I have been a business owner and have worked with the public for more than 30 + years, and I have never been treated as rude and nasty as I was by the service department of Mt. View Home And Garden. I asked to talk to the mechanic about my problem with one of my power equipment tools that I had purchased there, and was told that the mechanics do not talk to any customers. I have my own business and I advised the service Dept. Person that I had talked to the mechanic before and being a commercial customer I needed to explain what was wrong. I was told that I couldn’t talk to him, so I requested my Stihl equipment and it was thrown onto the counter. I stated that there are more Stihl dealers in the area to work on my equipment.nThe service person followed me to the front of the store and continued to badger me and go so far as to threaten me with taking her argument into the parking lot. The manager of the store just stood there and let her act totally unprofessional and irrational for about 5 minutes until he finally told her to go to her office, I finally explained that I was just trying to get my equipment fixed properly, and I have been buying products from this store for more than 35 years but I would not be back . My advise is do not go to this business for anything until they remove”fire” this employee.
