I love this store and the customer service is outstanding. This guy helped me out to find me some blinds and actually carried a good conversation and walked me to the area where the blinds were

I had to wait for 30 minutes just to be acknowledged. Once acknowledged, the gentleman was friendly but not very knowledgeable as I was purchasing a dishwasher and he didn't work in the department. Customer service very rude... I did purchase but very disappointed with service.

I have had some of the best customer service experience yet in here. I had a issue with a ceiling fan....and the gentleman was able to help me and give me the part on warranty. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees!!!!!! Keep up the good work.

Ordered online. Picked up at the store. They loaded it up and I didn't even have to get out of the truck. Very courteous employees. Quick and easy. I'll be shopping there like this more often. Loved it.

Just a typical day at lowe's hardware. I was asked if I needed help and I did have my questions answered. The cashier was polite and had a smile ud83dude01 on her face.
