Would give negative stars if I could , not at all happy with this agent or his services , he was selected by opposing counsel in a divorce , once he received the listing he did nothing to sale the home and sent fraudulent emails to opposing side , which lead to a contempt of court concerning the sale of the home , Magically two days before the court hearing he presented me with the only offer he had received which was a low ball offer at best. 40k less than list price after an already 10k reduction , I could have gave the home away myself and not had to pay his outrageous commision, I would not recommend his services at all!!!

This agent and his office were very rude, difficult to the point they did not want to work with me delaying showings and changing from yes we show you our listing home today (before I told them I do not want to sign a buyer's contract with them or any other agent, I was buying by myself)....He kept talking high about himself and turning me down as a buyer since I wanted to buy without an agent. I think sellers need to know that many buyers like me do not want a buyer's agent and realtors like this one would turn a high potential buyer down just because we want the legal freedom to buy without a buyer's agent. I was ready to show them my pre-approved bank letter, and ID or anything they needed to see...Extremely rude when they did not like me buying by myself, refused to show me a house they listed unless I signed a buyer's contract with them...Sellers need to know this.
