We had the most amazing experience buying a house through Asheville City Real estate with the lively Heather Carter. We were buying a house all the way from NY and it was going to be sight unseen. Obviously this was terrifying for a family with two small children. She not only helped us find the house we were looking for but went above and beyond to help the transition to be as smooth as possible. She gave us recommendations for updates and repairs, went to the house multiple times to check different issues, among other things that were not in her job description! I'm not one to really leave reviews, but I needed to with this place.... because they are soooo wonderful!! We have been in the process of finding a home in the area while being out of state. Kyle responded to my emails quickly, our conversations were great, and he really went above and beyond. I think I have talked to about every place in Asheville and this one left me with the best feeling. I was respected, listened to, and helped out.
