Alec is great! I have high standards and it takes a lot for me to be able to trust someone's judgement particularly for such an important decision but that's what I found with Alec. The house we bought (and love) was actually one that we had originally ruled out from our own initial search but as Alec asked about our list of wants and presented us with options we realized it checked off those most important boxes and that relatively minor adjustments could be made to have it be exactly what we were looking for. And when it came to wanting to add a bedroom in the finished basement Alec has some great insight into construction possibilities and has a lot of great contacts too. House buying can be overwhelming and finding someone you can trust that's so well informed is priceless. Thank you Alec!

We had a fantastic experience with Alec! He is a very knowledgeable agent who was willing to spend a lot of time with us trying to find the right house. Alec is concerned about getting you into the house that fits you best, rather than just making a commission. We found our perfect home because Alec contacted us the day it was put on the market. Alec was extremely professional, organized and knowledgeable. We came from out of town and his expertise in the different neighborhoods around Asheville proved invaluable in our purchase. Alec guided us through a multiple bid situation and we ultimately secured the property. He oversaw all aspects of the closing process and inspections as we were out of town. Everything went smoothly and as planed. I would absolutely work with Alec again.

When my husband & I decided to purchase a second home in Asheville I did a lot of research on local realtors before engaging with one (I'm a realtor myself in South Florida). After 5 minutes on the phone with Alec I knew he was my guy. He knew the inventory, he understood short-term rental restrictions, he was patient and he made considerable effort to educated me. In person he was even better. He was prepared, he introduced us to the communities surrounding the homes we looked at, and more than anything else he listened to us. You'll never have to tell Alec something twice. We are so happy with our new home and we feel like, throughout the entire process, we have had an advocate for our best interests by our side.
