Jersey Mike's Subs

So everyone here is really awesome. Nice group of employees who work well together and act professional. Also I like that they use paper straws. Now, I'm going to be honest. I was a little taken aback by a paper straw, but I am extremely happy that they have made this switch from plastic to paper to help the environment! Super cool!!! But the straw does get soggy so that was weird. But hey, if it helps the environment I'm all for it. Jersey Mike's still hands down makes the best subs in existence!

The sandwiches are great. The employees seem absent minded and distracted because they are to busy chit chatting with each other as opposed to listening to customers. Poor customer service.nnI didn't want to slide on over and pay for my order because I had a feeling that the young lady making my sandwich would forget something. Sure enough....no salt, pepper, oil and vinegar on my Italian. Might as well have been a crouton. Completely disappointed. Especially when forking over $30 dollars for two sandwiches.nnI have seen customers bring sandwiches back into the restaurant completely enraged. Now I understand why. It doesn't excuse the behavior, but come on now. I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed.

Usually have a good experience. That night they were extremely busy and had to wait longer for online order. I will say a rude customer came in complaining about her son having to wait for his food so long. The manager and the employees handled her very well. Funny thing is he placed his order after I placed my online order. It was weird because every ordered coming in was a hot sub and those take longer. It was definitely worth the wait.

Food was awesome, all but 1 employee was so nice and helpful. One boy wanted to air his political opinion. That will not make me give a bad review. Love this location. We will be back. This is our second visit to this local. Sandwiches were a 10. Perfect! Thank you all!

I am a fan of the chain, but will avoid this store. Did online order for pick-up. Arrived, gave my name, and was told they did not receive it and we had the wrong store. Headed across town but double checked receipt on way and saw it was indeed here. Returned and waited for order. No apology, just rude all the way around. Mistakes happen, but taking responsibility would have gone a long way.
