Called this location and spoke to a Stephanie who was fantastic. I had a very important meeting and I wanted to bring breakfast to my client. Stephanie was great! Extremely customer service minded. She walked me through there process to ensure that I could get in and out quickly with no issues. She asked me when was my eta, to ensure that the food was also fresh & hot. Cannot ask for a better experience.

I ordered 2 fish sandwich dinners, one with fries and one with mac and cheese and I got a fish dinner not a sandwich. No problem we all make mistakes but it took forever to get it straight. The sandwich comes in a combo not a dinner. Tha manager was very nice as she explained to me I asked for the wrong thing and the fish sandwich comes in a combo not a dinner. I explained to her several times what I wanted. She then told me she owed me money and gave me back some cash. I got two sandwiches never got the fries or the mac and cheese. I had also asked for two large teas which they did not include, but she did graciously give those to me free of charge for my trouble. I love their fish sandwich and will go back but I know now not to ask for a dish sandwich dinners.

The employees working this morning 4/10/21 were completely unprofessional. Rude. And down right not good at their jobs.nMy food was mediocre at best. Bad experience.

I visited this location today at about 10:00am. There was a long line for the drive thru, which is not a problem. The problem is that while waiting in this long drive thru two men in a Trantham Diesel Repair truck stopped next to the drive thru window with 8-10 cars waiting. They obviously know someone inside. They placed an order thru the window bypassing everyone waiting for food.nnThe people inside then stopped the line to service these two men and provided them with food. The worst of it was that they didn't even charge them for their meal. So this location stopped actual business to give preferential treatment to a personal friend and then gave away free food in front of actual paying customers.nnOf and they got my order wrong. Probably too busy giving free food to friends to pay attention to paying customers.

Ask for a bo'berry instead of a regular biscuit!nSo good!
