Arby's

ZERO STAR. THE ABSOLUTE WOST fast food experience I have ever had. Woman at drive through scolding me when I pull up at window for food for pulling forward before she gave me my total. Speaker was clear. Yelled at me to move forward, with no cars behind me, as I handed me my food and am setting it down, and putting card in wallet. Still no one behind me. Was at pickup window less than 30 seconds. Still, no other cars in line or anyone behind my car. There is no one inside for business with things locked. Burger and fries were cold, soggy, and missing part of order and what I asked for condiments. I was in tears after with how poorly this woman treated me. You took my money, at least be kind to customers passing through?

Its ok could be better

This Arby's is my favorite Arby's. Whenever I am in Asheville and in want or need of a meal this Arby's would be among the top list of places to go. Service is excellent and Roast Beef was excellent.

Mac and cheese was ice cold. Asked for unsweetened tea but got sweet tea. Had to wait in drive thru line for 10 minutes again to get order corrected.

Ordered a Ruebun Sandwich. Not enough sour kraut for even half a sandwich. They remade & it had less than the first!!?
