The worst customer service I have ever seen. Surprised they can stay in business!!!
Can't go wrong with this cleaners
This cleaners ruined 3 pair of jeans. They burned the flap that goes over the zipper and then said it must have been faulty cloth. I bought 3 more pair and have been using another cleaner for 6 months and no problem. They refused to do anything to make their problem , which ultimately is my problem, right. It is obviously a shoe string operation, their location in Black Mountain is very run down, but the ladies that work there are very nice.
11.03.2018 Their driver just almost caused multiple wrecks in a matter of about one minute. That guy is a liability to the business and the town as a whole.
Always a better price than other places around town, at least in my opinion. They’re great!
