Wonderful experience. They were so professional. They explained everything they were going to do. It did not take a long time to complete. We are very pleased with the finished carpet. Our carpet is over 20 yrs old and it looks almost brand new. We will definitely use them again.

The Stanley Steemer worker, Ty, worked really hard and did a great job. We are very happy with the job that he did. We had a lot of pet stains and odors from our dogs, but Ty did his best to take care of them. Thank you!

My technician Dustin showed up on time with no trouble finding my house (everyone always does!). He gave me a detailed breakdown about everything he was going to do (carpet, tile, and hardwood) and explained how long it would take and how much it would cost. It was nice to get all of this information up front. Dustin did a great job--he tested a small, hidden spot on the hardwood floor first to make sure it didnt have a history of waxing so he wouldn't damage it, which I really appreciated. The carpet looks brand new and the other flooring feels so fresh and clean, I love it! Dustin was also polite and friendly, and finished pretty much exactly on time as he noted in the beginning. At the end he was transparent in letting me know that I had accidentally booked 3 rooms for carpet when it was actually just 2, so he saved me some money as well and I appreciate that honesty. Also when he finished he explained dry time for the different surfaces, even noting to be careful with slippery-ness for my elderly dog that I had mentioned when he arrived.
