Had an appointment set up over a week in advance with Stephen and the day of, he didn't bother to tell me he had double booked that day. Even asked for my address the same morning. After about an hour of waiting for him to show up I asked if he was still coming to be told he wouldn't make it because he was helping someone else during the appointment he was supposed to be doing my car. Super unprofessional and I have no plans on using them ever in the future. How hard is it to check your calendar or send a text and let someone know? Had I not contacted him, he would've just not shown up with no explanation. So ridiculous.
Amazing! Couldn’t be happier! I dropped off my Camaro with ‘swirls’ and other surface imperfections. Picked it up later that day looking like it just drove off the lot! Great pricing and quality work from a friendly, professional guy! 100% recommend.
I called last week to book a $200+ interior detailing job. He indicated that his business was a Mobil business. Was very excited about it. Arranged my schedule / day around my 9am-12:30pm appointment. Cleaned all the stuff out of my car in preparation for his arrival. 9:20, I text him to see what’s up — no response. He never showed, called or text. Cool.
Mirror Image Auto Detailing did a fantastic job with detailing our car. He was in great communication and punctual, and kind and friendly to work with. Our car looks practically brand new. He worked hard on it, as we had a dog, 2 little kids, and water damage; it was a mess. So grateful it looks clean again.
I did not think there was any hope for carpets and seats in the 1999 Toyota truck I just bought. Stephen's mobile crew arrived at my house and 3 hours later I was amazed at the results! Crew was professional, effective, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Great job!
