Always treat me right, I usually ask for extra bug spray and they always do it with no problem. Take church van also and they do a good job. Wish they give church discounts. Better than the car wash up the street by Shell station, they want even let you use the restroom.
*Edit = Management reached out and explained the situation, and has been making efforts to clean the place up. Will leave my review below untouched, but this update is worth the time I feel. A company that listens to customers is rare these days. Back to 5 Stars for now.nnThis location has the most disgusting parking area. Trash, plastic, Papers, dirty and overall disgusting. It’s like walking around at a landfill. Ownership/Management must not take any pride in this location, because it’s been noticeable for months now. Curbs are gross, landscaped areas are trashy, etc. shameful really. Please clean this up, it all ends up in our rivers and streams otherwise. Monthly Subscriber but will be taking my business elsewhere if this location cannot be more concerned with the environment and how it presents itself to the customer. They clean the car nicely, the facilities exterior is shameful
I called ahead to see if they would clean around my stuff in the cab of my work vehicle. Customer service said they would. When I arrived, I asked the attendee if they would and he too said yeah they should. I tipped $15. Payed for full clean. What do you think?
This place was pretty good. A large group of boys were roughhousing and goofing around, but there was one named Michael who I saw working really hard. He did our car because we were trying to sell the car that day. We were watching him and he did such a good job. I feel like it could have gone faster if the others had been more willing to help him. Next time you go to Autobell, make sure to ask for Michael.
Love this place. Employees are friendly and do a good job. Cleaning my minivan is a big job and it looks brand new after they are done. I don’t know what I ever did without my unlimited membership. Worth every penny.
