Soce's African American Hair Braiding

My hair looks amazing! I showed a picture of what I wanted and she did better than the picture. I am so pleased and will definitely go back again.

I got some corn rows put in last Saturday. They look great! Now, if I can just figure out how to take care of them and make them last I'll be doing good.

Soce works magic with hair! I love the style she gave me for my vacation, and she did it from a reference photo that I sent to her ud83dude0a It is only four stars because I had to wait on her for a little bit, and because she put way too much Eco styler gel in my hair, that I later had to wash out myself. I will definitely be coming back for my next hairstyle though! ud83dudc9cud83dudc9cud83dudc9c

On October 16th my daughter had a hair appointment she has been coming to this Salon for a while about a year. She was giving an appointment time. We made sure to be there on time like requested we sat there for 2 hours. I asked my daughter to go see what was going on because it was getting later in the day. When my daughter approached Soce’s to ask if it everything was ok. Soce’s had in earplugs connected to her phone. Soce’s commented to her “I can’t hear you”. My daughter asked again. In a very rude tone Soce’s repeated “I cant hear you” so she returned to her seat and continue to wait about 45 minutes later my daughter asked Soce’s what was going on. At that time Soce’s began yelling at her tell her I am not doing your hair! As my daughter was standing there confused and feeling intimidated. She asked why did she request her to come in for an appointment we live 35 minutes out of Asheville. And had sat there for almost 3 hours with no one telling us anything. Soce’s was currently working on a child’s hair. She became more frustrated and her voice got louder. When I asked what was going on because I could hear her yelling at my child from the room I was setting in witch was outside the main hair department. As I walked in Soce’s had jumped in my daughter’s face trying to fight her. There was Another lady jumped up to pull her back off of my child. We where on time called in advance to make sure appointment was still available. We sat there for almost 3 hours. My daughter didn’t get her hair done we where ran out the door while being cursed. She also made the statement many times your not the first and won’t be the last! I’m an writing this review to let others know that the lady owing this shop is not as she seems.
