I have a gift card from my husband since February 2020 I have had it for over a year and I haven't been able to use it because I call several times and they never answer the phone I leave a voice mail as the machines prompts to do. And don't get a call back ever. I was able to get an appointment once and that was because I called over and over and over again and finally got a manicured and and pedicure done. And you be the judge of the quality of work they did worth over $100

This Spa is a hidden gem ud83dudc8e very close to the Biltmore Estate main entrance. You will find this awesome place in Biltmore Village. Very relaxing boutique spa with welcoming caring staff. The massage therapist made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Loved every minute of it.

Great couples massage package today. Melissa was awesome and gave a great deep tissue massage (she even did some cupping).

The spa staff is AWFUL!!! I was on a waiting list since the beginning of March to have a couple massage for our honeymoon at the Biltmore from April 1-4th, 2021. Hearing no response as we got closer to the date, I decided to give them a call. The spa staff continued to blame me for the poor communication saying I need to get a new phone and that's why I didn't get a reservation. Not to mention she responded this way after I had tried multiple attempts in contacting the spa with no response from the staff. They would respond to my voicemails by calling me and then immediately hanging up as soon as I answered. This happened 4 TIMES IN A ROW!!! What bothered me most was the spa staff blaming me for this issue saying I needed to get a new phone and that this was my fault!! ITS MY HONEYMOON!!!!! IVE BEEN PLANNING THIS FOR 6MONTHS!!!!!! and I get this kind of response from staff. Doesn't make me feel good about my upcoming honeymoon to the Biltmore Estate...... Awful Staff, Poor Communication, and Lack of Empathy!!!

My husband and I traveled from Nashville to spend the weekend in Asheville for a quick babymoon! The Spa was the perfect way to start the weekend! The front desk manager was very communicative and flexible with scheduling! All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was relaxing and special! Will highly recommend to all of my friends and family traveling here in the future!
