This is the only place I get my intimate waxing done. Professional, knowledgeable of their craft, and even relaxing! From providing a heated neck wrap and aroma therapy to help relax you, to listening to all your needs, you feel completely comfortable! Reward yourself with making it through another wax with one of their custom facials while you’re there! They will work with you and your schedule the best they can. I can’t say enough great things about their service and their customer service.

Zen Skincare was so clean, the staff were super nice, easy in and out. First time wax, booked a Brazilian, knowing I was unsure how far I wanted to go. Maddie was incredibly sweet. She did an excellent job explaining the process and checking in step by step. Would definitely recommend.

Not a fan! I came in and she told me what we were doing before looking at my chart. I had to tell her everything I already had written down because she didn't bother to look it over.. Did not take the time to listen just talked at me, assuming she knew everything about my skin. Rubbed oil on my face for an 40 minutes pretty much. No one told me I needed to come early to fill out paper work and the paperwork/talking at me portion would be apart of my hour long facial. Ive had way better facials other places including student facials at ABTECH

After almost a year, I finally treated myself to a signature facial with (KD). What an absolute dream it was. My skin needed some major exfoliating and nourishment. I discussed my goals with KD and she respectfully explained what could and would not be accomplished in just one visit. I always appreciate a realistic view. She also encouraged me to continue with a simple at home regimen. Simple steps with effective products.nAny way, back to the facial, I was so relaxed. I may have even snoozed a bit. The environment was mellow and calming and smelled great! I left felling refreshed and my skin felt plump and glowing. I highly recommend a facial treatment at Zen.

At age 63, good skin takes more effort. I am so pleased by the result of my series of peels from Krystal. The texture is smoother, my pores appear smaller, and dark spots are negligible. The Zen peels did exactly what I wanted for my skin.
