I haven’t lived in Columbia for over 10 years now. I brought a dress in to have it cleaned and to see if they could fix the zipper on it or know where I could take it to get it fixed. When I walked into the building, the guy at the counter greeted me and I laid my dress on the counter and started talking to him about it. Before I could even finish with what all I needed done to it, a woman chimes in that my dress has an invisible zipper and there is NO way for them to fix it because they don’t have a certain machine to do it.nnBefore I could ask to still have it cleaned, she turns away dismissing me. The guy at the counter looked lost. The whole time I could barely get a word in on what I needed instead of telling me what they couldn’t do and they didn’t even recommend a place I could take it to and get the zipper fixed. I picked up my dress and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I would rather drive all the way to Laurel than get treated like that again!!
