We had an unexpected tragedy on a Friday night. We called ServPro Oxford at 7:00 the next morning and they were on-site by noon. We were 90 minutes away and it was the weekend but ServPro Oxford understood what we faced and came to the rescue. The service was both highly professional and personal. Excellent service!!

Unbelievable service from these guys. I was out of town and needed their assistance asap. Even in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, within hours it was handled. SERVPRO is awesome! Special thanks to Matt! I called after hours for three flooded apartments and he took care of the situation right away! His entire crew did great work and were very kind and professional, each time they arrived during the water remediation and drying process, etc. They also communicated with me and updated me the entire time, which meant so much to me. Whenever I called Matt with a question, he was there for me!! I am sure there are others, but he made me feel like I was his most important customer at the time. it was a big job, and I could not have had a better company assist us. I was very pleased and impressed! I recommend SERVPRO highly, I feel very confident you won't regret using their services!
