Not open when we were there. Nice grounds.
Great place to learn about a historical river and the maintenance requirements required for navigation.
loved this little out of the way place. Hope it attracts more visitors so they continue care of the place. I would suggest visit anytime but late summer... but it was a nice shady place to stop in the middle of the heat. Our granddaughter loved this place!
It is an interesting trip into the past. It is worth going if you have the time.
