I was pleased with the service from the first call. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The next day I got a call from one of the repairman Tyler whom also were very polite. He said he would be here in 15 minutes. He came checked with Mr air-conditioned unit. He told me the problem and told how we could he could fix it. Because the unit he suggested that Because of unit being so old i should replace the unit . I asked if he could just replace the motor and then maybe next week year after the winter months. I would be better able to afford a new unit. Tyler fixed my unit. I was very pleased with the out come. I do recommend thier service. Thank you

Had a hot water pipe burst under my house, raised foundation home. A plumber came out on a Saturday within about an hour of being called. He couldn't fix the issue because the space under the home became very tight, but he did show us how to turn off the hot water so the pipe wouldn't continue to leak and he didn't charge us because he couldn't fix it!

Service is good and prompt, but be prepared to pay for each and every minute. They billed me at a $125/hour rate to drive to my home.nnI'm willing to except attorney like rates for the time they're actually at my house, but paying someone that much before they arrive is a bitter pill to swallow.nnUpdate: 2.1.20 - I'm responding the the business reply below. This orginal Google review was posted only after calling and giving Pierce Plumbing the opportunity to make things right. I'd never post a review of a business until I gave them that opportunity.nnHowever, the person on the phone did not make any concessions or offer to review my concerns, and I recieved no follow-up after expressing my concerns.nnI already paid the bill, but feel free to review your GPS logs for your internal needs. I'd also be happy to send you timestamped video of your repairmen arriving and leaving my house. You'll find that these records line up with my concerns about overbilling.
