Had a minor project and I called Mr. Jimmy almost at random (after a little internet searching). Mr. Jimmy asked me what I wanted and I explained it to him, but I could tell he was thinking about something different. I asked him for his opinion, he gave me four options ranging in price. I fully appreciated his opinion and we went with what he chose (which also happened to be the cheapest option). If we change our minds and want to do something else, or have another project come up I will not hesitate to call Dillon Plumbing again.

Wonderful people and amazing work!! If they find more than what was originally wrong in the first place they call and verify to fix before touching it. I recommend this company to anyone out there!!

Mr. Dillon inspected my sewage system according to the property disclosure statement and indicated everything was good. My inspector discovered the alarm for the pump was not working and requested it be repaired before closing. While repairing the alarm Mr. Dillon discovered some minor damage to the pump system and assured my realtor it would cost no more than $100 to repair. I agreed to have the repairs done under this assumption and granted Mr. Dillon permission to proceed. I am not sure when the repairs were done, but a few days later I received a call stating there were several issues with the system that he decided to take care of and the final bill would now be $350. I was never informed of such issues until after the fact and was stuck with a bill $250 higher than the original estimate. While I understand, things do not always go as planned, it is troubling that I am suddenly facing a $350 expense after this same person indicated the system was good on the property disclosure statement. It is also troubling that I was never consulted on the additional repairs and expenses. I very much feel like I was scammed and do NOT recommend having Mr. Dillon work on your system.
