The nicest people around. They call me by my name every time. They misplaced some shirts once and when they couldn’t be found the owner promptly bought new ones! THAT IS UNHEARD OF TODAY.

They damaged a $600 suit of clothing and refused to assume any responsibility. I was unapologetically upset. The manager hung up on me because she thought I was being 'rude.' Unethical and unprofessional. When I posted this experience on FB, the posting was promptly removed.

I have my clothes laundered here every Friday. They are super nice and always greet me by name when I come in. They fold everything neatly and my hang-ups are always wrinkle free!
