Very professional and friendly. He found the problem quickly. (thermostat sticking on open and a coolant sensor needed replacing). After explaining this was a repeat mechanical problem fixed at another auto mechanic shop several months earlier, he suggested replacing the sensor 1st to see if that fixed the issues. It did! Roger went the extra mile and saved me over $200. Honesty speaks volumes and I appreciate all he did. He will definitely get my business in the future if further repairs are needed.
