A Royal Flush Plumbing

This company installed my Aquasana Water filter. It took a longer time than I thought it should. Was rather expensive.nNow six months later, they said it wasn’t going to be covered under warranty because it was likely spraying water due to the freeze. This is not true. It sprung a leak because they messed it up when they installed it. They cut it three different places and then had to repair it, & when they did, it wasn’t stable. So last week it was spraying water everywhere. I called and a man came out. He said the owner said it would not be covered under warranty. It should have been because it was their mistakes that caused it not to hold up. The estimate for repair was $175.00 which is very high especially when they caused the problem to start with.nMy handy man discovered this when he looked at it and he fixed it for $40.nI will not use them again and do not recommend them. Way too expensive and very shoddy workmanship. When I told several friends about this, they said they had heard this from others too. This is the complete truth. I have no reason to lie or exaggerate.nOne star.

We had a mishap with the water heater and A royal flush plumbing did everything in their power to ensure we were taken care of and had hot water. The employees they have are so polite and professional! I felt really comfortable with them in my home. The owner was very involved and would even call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

I called around 11:30 am and they were here within 30 minutes on a SATURDAY and fixed my problem really fast. They don't charge a weekend rate like other businesses and I was definitely surprised at how affordable they are! They were extremely respectful and I would definitely use them again and will recommend them!
