Nice clean casino... Kinda small to gamble but still nice... Over price food to just be fried food or steak or salads but you pay for location i guess the quality not same however ... Nice staff and very helpful.. I would come back BUT eat off the casino grounds

Very nice facility. Great customer service and the room we staying in is very beautiful and spacious. Only issue was the heater. But they had someone to take care of it for us.

We booked a pet stay and were very comfortable in our room. Everyone was very accepting and friendly to our dog which we think of as part of our family. Our dislike was not having coffee available in the room. The room was stuffy even with air on but we had a beautiful view of the gulf. Although we could get coffee downstairs for a fee at Starbucks or for the price of playing games on casino floor, it just doesn't compare to waking up and starting a pot or chilling with a cup mid afternoon while taking a break in room.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel as a little get away for Valentine’s Day. The room was very expensive and we were very disappointed. When we arrived the room appeared to be nice and clean with a sticker on the door letting us know it had been cleaned. It was definitely not clean, the bathroom floors were sticky, we returned to the room after hours of gambling to notice that there were stains on the sheets, we couldn’t get in touch with housekeeping to change them so we removed them and woke up to a toilet bubbling over. We couldn’t check out fast enough. We don’t plan on returning.
