Drivers License Examining

Had an appointment, took 5 mins to get my renewal.

So as I'm typing this review I'm at the DMV. I made it here around 11:15 and was told by one of the Examiners that I would have to come back at 12:30 because they were about to close for lunch. Well, the time now is 1:30 and there still not open. Why would they tell me and everyone else waiting to come back at 12:30 and they knew that they weren't going to open back up until 1:30 which is their normal break time. To the Examiners, since the state of Mississippi hasn't given you any classes on work ethics or professionalism let me explain to you the proper way to have handle the situation. Instead of telling everyone who was out in the hallway waiting that the office was about to close and come back at 12:30 the conversation should have gone as followed: I'm sorry to everyone who hasn't been waited on but the office is about to close and we will open back up at 1:30. I could care less if you're trying to get an extended lunch break, just be honest with people so that their time would not be wasted. Also, you should always have the mindset of treating people the way you want to be treated.

It didn't take long to get my license renewed.

Very rude,and a DMV on the 3floor never seen or heard anything like this,but Clarksdale...Need to upgrade
