I highly recommend Bill as an agent. He really had our best interest at heart. He found us our forever home and worked hard to make it happen. There were issues along the way and without Bill we wouldn’t have gotten the house and closed on time. They made the process easy and pretty stress free. We valued his opinions and we knew we could trust him with this huge decision.

If you want someone who will tell you the truth about your place, Bill is the person. He understands the market and explains to you what you need to do to get your place sold. He knows the lakes extremely well, what is great about each lake but also what might not be as desirable about the lake. He will tell you what he knows and lets you make your own decision without any pressure. I highly recommend Bill and Lindsay, I would use them again.

Bill and Lindsay are awesome to work with. After meeting with us once, Bill was able to quickly read what type of home we were looking for, and what we were not. What we appreciated most was how timely and proactive both Bill and Lindsay were in their communications. Whenever we had a question we got an almost immediate response. When we ran into any challenges or questions, Lindsay was super quick to jump in and guide us through the last stages of the closing process. Bill is super easy to work with, laid back approach but a straight shooter who knows the market well.
